(M.S.C.) was
incorporated on June 5, 1979 principally to engage as a broker and dealer in securities
for and in behalf of investors in the equities market. M.S.C. mainly services the equities
requirements of local individual and corporate clients and at present averages between
P200 to P220M in monthly transactions.
As a means of keeping the trust and confidence of its
clients and in order to attain its goal of being ranked as one of the best brokerage
houses servicing local investors, M.S.C. continues to adopt new ways and systems to upgrade
its backroom operation and information dissemination process.
From an initial P1,000,000.00 paid up capitalization when
it started as a member of the Makati Stock Exchange, M.S.C. authorized capital now stands at
P20M and continues to be a member of good standing of the Philippine Stock Exchange.
